Spencer Street station was open to the public today to have a sneak peak at what's been going on, and what's it's going to look like when the redevelopment's done. Nothing special really, it looks just the same as it did last week, and the week before, and the week before that - a construction site.

:ahoy: to you!
Spencer Street station, or what was once Spencer Street station, is currently a rubble heap, a few portacabbins and a fancy looking roof, and will at one stage become 'Southern Cross Station'. It's Melbourne's main rail hub for the interstate and regional services.
this one looks awesome mate! Very solid composition. It really fits in with all the construction there, and the way the tones become darker as they move to the foreground is really atmospheric. Very nice work
thanks :). Yeah, I was quite happy with this one, compared with the other spencer shot I took on the day. But currently I'm reworking both of them.
Excellent in b/w format:) It's starting to take shape down that end of town:)
it feels like i'm in a cage! i like this shot. so urban and in your face.
thanks :), though I'm working on changing it. Expect an update at some point...
